About myself
My name is Milou van Rooij - de Vries. I am married with Joost and I am mother of Kilian since February 10th 2005.
The first time I got in touch with Reiki, I received a treatment. This was very nice and relaxing. When I heard you can learn Reiki yourself, I didn't have to think long. I applicate for a Reiki 1 course (July 1999). It was so pleasant, that after about a year I attended the Reiki 2 course. I got the chance to assist during Reiki 1 courses, which teached me a lot.
On March 16th I completed the study for Reiki Practitioner and became a member of the professional group Reiki Ryoho. A Practitioner gives treatments in a professional way according to the traditional method of Prof. Dr. Mikao Usui and follows the Dutch law.
Reiki Practice Chơ opened her doors on July 1st 2003.
My wish to teach Reiki during courses, so I could learn others this special method of healing, got into achievement. I completed the study for Reiki Master on September 14th 2005. As a Reiki master I am also a member of the professional group Reiki Ryoho. I am also a member of the world wide organisation for Reiki Masters The Reiki Alliance.

Next to the study for Reiki Master I did the study Medical Electrical Engineering at Saxion hogeschool Enschede in the Netherlands. After this study I worked on a scientifical research of Repetitive Strain Injury at the institute Roessing Research and development in Enschede, the Netherlands.

Since December 2006 I am Wholistic Partner of Aquarius Wholism. Neutralization of houses and companies and the use of Aura-supporting products support your health.
Since December 2007 I assist Bas van Woelderen and Martien Faber with the Fulfill your life's purpose treatments as Helpdesk.
My mission is to improve the quality of life and work. Underlying mission is to support the existence of the Earth and mankind.
I would like to do scientific research of the effects of Reiki during the pregnancy, labour and first period after labour with obstetricians and midwives. Scientific research can lead to more recognition of Reiki during this special period in someones life in the traditional medical world.
